| Confined Space and Rescue |
Confined Space Entry, Attendant, Supervisor (29 CFR 1910.146) This course meets and exceeds the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146 and is required for all pesonnel that will work in a confined space. The course covers hazards associated wtih confined spaces, the control measures for the hazards, how to implement the permit system, and atmospheric monitoring. Entrant, Attendant, and Supervisor responsibilities will be discussed in depth with both classroom and a hands on entry drill utilizing our state of art mobile confined space simulator. Course Length: 8 Hours
Confined Space Rescue (29 CFR 1910.146) In compliance with OSHA guidelines requiring employers who have employees entering confined spaces to identfy and qualify a rescue service trained, equipped, and capable of accomplishing a rescue in a timely manner. This course will train a team in the stategies and tactics of confined space rescue. The course encompasses ropes and knot, retrieval systems, mechanical advantage systems, supplied air sytems, hazard controls, disentanglement, victim treatment and removal from a space. This course is both classroom and hand on, with labor intensive drills being utilized in our confined space maze/simulator. Course Length: 16 Hours
Confined Space Rescue Refresher (29 CFR 1910.146) This course meets the requirements of OSHA for confined space rescue teams annual refresher training including the required annual simulation drill. Course Length: 8 Hours
Basic Water Rescue/Safety Emergencies on the water are becoming more frequent every year. We offer a course in "being smart around water," which includes issues such as: safe boating, pesonal water crafts, alcohol around the water, personal flotation devices, rescue equipment, and rescue techniques. Course Length: 8 Hours (hands on in the water course)
Automobile Extrication Techniques This coure is designed for emergency response personnel with the duties of performing patient extrication from automobiles. The components of this course will focus on command, size up, critical time tasks, anaotomy of vehicles, tool/equipment staging, personnel safety, apparatus positioning, stabilization, and the dismantling of vehicles. Course Length: 8 Hours (Classroom and Hands On)
Agriculture Emergencies and Rescue This course focuses on the causes of agriculture injuries and fatalities with the intent to eliminate through prevention techniques. It will also cover emergency response to emregencies involving confined spaces, silo fires, augers, tractors, combines, haying equipment, chemical exposure, and more..... Course Length: 8 Hours (Classroom and Hands On)
